  Waited an hour and a half for an issue which took less than 10 minutes. There was no sign-in list nor did the employees acknowledge customers walking in. Store was understaffed - 2 employees on a Sunday afternoon. Employees spent about 45 minutes with each customer in front of us, engaged in conversations about college football and kids instead of efficiently providing service. One customer took a smoke break mid-session. We won't return to this location.
