  I gave this store 5 stars a year ago. Over the past year of interactions, I'm reducing the review to 3 stars. The store is constantly the cleanest Walmart I've ever been to. 97% of the store is very well organized and kept up with. But over the past year, I've experienced horribly bad customer service, multiple times. It's not consistent, just spread throughout random months. But it's such bad service that I feel the need to call about it. Don't get me wrong, I'm NEVER one to call about bad service, as I work at Starbucks and completely understand the struggle of customer complaints. The worst part is, every time I've called, I've been on hold for 10-25 minutes. It's honestly not that hard to do one of your key duties as a manager. If I wait that long for someone to answer the phone, I absolutely know that they will not handle my concern. The pharmacy was previously...REALLY BAD, until the last few months. They would "lose prescriptions" at least once, up to 3 times, a month. They wouldn't have prescriptions refilled until roughly 10 days later. The service was just.. Awful. They had horrible, absurd wait times. They could never find all the prescriptions. They'd say they didn't have my prescriptions despite me getting a text and email that they were ready. But recently, they've taken a complete 360°. They're now my favorite pharmacy. But whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO THE PHARMACY DRIVE THRU. They take at a minimum, 5 minutes longer than if you just parked & went inside to pickup your Rx. Typically the wait time, just to start speaking to a pharmacy technician is 15-20 minutes. Then add on the 10-20 minutes it apparently takes them to find your Rx, process your payment, and send it all back to you. It's a nightmare. Beyond the pharmacy: the customer service is becoming...honestly, so bad that I will drive the extra 25 minutes to go to the Beach ST Walmart or just not go to Walmart at all. I've only ever had bad experiences with women (excluding 1 teenage boy that was the actual worst shopping experience I've ever had). If you go to customer service & see an older woman named 'Shelia'...just don't. Don't interact with her. She's really mean with a horrible, pushy attitude that will make you feel like a bad, unimportant human being. She refuses services, that any other employee would nicely do. She chunks your money at your. Throws your returns around like you did something wrong. She's just the actual worst.. This has happened multiple times. Majority of my issued have been with cashiers. They have attitude issues or don't pay any attention to me or my transactions at all. Without going into detail, they throw my, neatly positioned, items into whatever bags they feel like, talk to other employees the entire time about non-associated work topics, text/talk on the phone, &/or just are overall rude. On the flip side: the older staffed greeters make my day. One of my all time favorite people is the older gentleman who works the self-check out area. He is so sweet, consistently nice and upbeat, always positive. I'll be very sad when he retires. If you've seen him, try having a conversation with him. He's a really amazing person.
